Most Commonly Used Essential Oils and Their Uses!

Many people are just learning about all of the wonderful therapeutic qualities of 100% Pure, Therapeutic Grade Young Living Essential Oils, but there are numerous people who have been aware of these qualities for years and have been using them in there everyday lives.  Today, I want to highlight some of the most commonly used essential oils in the aromatherapy community and provide you with some additional resources so that you will get a better idea of how you can incorporate them into your own lives.  PLEASE be sure to also read the article by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy here or at the end of this post. 

YOUNG LIVING CLARY SAGE

 

Clary Sage has a herbaceous aroma that is believed to calm, relax and uplift moods.

How To Use: Diffuse, directly inhale, or dilute with V-6 Vegetable Oils Complex and apply topically.

Eucalyptus Radiata is a key ingredient in Young Living’s Thieves oil blend due to its wide rage of beneficial properties. This oil contains citral, a constituent known for its cleansing abilities.

YOUNG LIVING FENNEL

 

Traditionally, Fennel was used to support women’s health and a healthy digestive system.
